OpenIdea ISO Loader updates released, now supports ISOs


Homebrew developer dridri has released a pair of updates for the OpenIdea ISO Loader app. With these versions, you don't need to convert your ISOs into Eboots anymore.



One is for use with the PSP-1000, 2000, and 3000 models while the other is for those with a PSP Go. Once you have the appropriate version for your PSP, just copy your ISOs to the "ISO" folder in the root of your memory stick. You can then find them under the Game menu in the XMB.

Compatibility, however, doesn't seem to have improved much. There are also some reports that indicate lag. If you run into any problems, check here for possible solutions.

OpenIdea ISO Loader v0.2beta Installation Instructions:
OpenIdea ISO Loader for PSP 1000, 2000, and 3000 by dridri. You don't need to convert your ISOs into Eboots anymore with this version.

* Copy your ISO/CSO games in ms0:/ISO/
* Extract content of this archive in ms0:/PSP/SYSTEM/OIP/
* add "ms0:/PSP/SYSTEM/OIP/isoctrl.prx 1" to ms0:/SEPLUGINS/vsh.txt
* disable CXMB and Game Categories (will support them in next release)
* reset VSH by TN VSH Menu
* Enjoy !

Driver Select :

* When starting a game, keep 'L' pressed, and select which driver you want to use, otherwise M33 is better and then used automatically
