hirmfaxi has managed to port the 6.xx only FW application to 5.xx FWs. This works on all 5.xx custom firmwares.
Installation
* Download the file. (See below.)
* Extract the archive somewhere.
* Place the extracted folder "Sensme_5xx" to PSP/GAME and the folder "NPIA00013" to PSP/APP.
Run SensMe from the Game category on the XMB and you should be good to go.
