Game Decrypter v4 | PSP Applications

Yoshihiro certainly works fast, doesn't he? The homebrew coder has just released version 4 of his Game Decrypter app. With this release, he's expanded support to include compatibility with future 6.xx games.

Here's the changelog:

* Fix: Problem with YS seven game. He work perfect on PSP3000
* Added: compatibility with the future Game 6.xx
