MusicPRX

PSP homebrew dev Euroguy213 has released Music PRX 4.01 M33-2, a modded version of M33's 3.90 custom firmware's music PRX. The modded PRX is essentially a slashed down version of the original, hacking down the 800+ KB file to a mere 108 KB. Great if you want to save up on space.

According to euroguy213, the PRX works on 3.90 M33, and 4.01 M33-2 Slims and Phats. The only known bug is that "in game mute doesn't work." Here are the dev notes:

Installation (Thanks Shizznit)
All right this is what you have to do.

1. Extract the seplugins folder to the root of your memory stick.
2. Go to recovery menu by holding the right trigger while turning on your psp.
3. Go to plugins--> and enable vsh,game,game150.
4. When you exit and press the note button plus the start button it should work.
5. If it doesn't work this is your main problem.
6. Your music(mp3.) should not be placed in your MUSIC folder of the root of your mem stick.
7. In fact in should be placed in PSP/MUSIC folder.
8. So go to PSP in the root of your ms.
9. Create a folder and name it "MUSIC"
10. Transfer the songs you want to play in the folder.
11. Press the note button and the start button in which it should work.

* this happened to me so i am not sure if this happened to everyone else
hope it works =)

Notes:

* You must hold the note button and press up, down,x,triangle
* If you dont like the controls you can edit them in music_conf.txt in the seplugins folder.
